It starts here. We believe that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior and we try to follow his teachings.



We believe that family is important and is the very fabric holding us together. The Hatcher family is involved in every aspect of this business. A family that works together stays together.



Hatchers have been doing this since 1831 and we want to continue. We have a great deal of respect for our forefathers and feel obligated to carry on the tradition. That’s why we are now offering farm fresh milk from our own cows.



We take the stewardship of the land very seriously and conservation is foremost in our minds.



Two of the Hatchers are veterinarians and animal welfare is a top priority with us.  Many of the cows are named and are part of our family. We treat them as such.



We are committed to providing the highest quality products at a fair price.



We realize cows are ruminant animals with four stomachs and are uniquely suited to digest forages and fiber and turn them into milk. Therefore,we believe rotational grazing is the best management feeding style for our small rolling Tennessee farm.

We want the cows to do most of the harvesting.
